During the 1949 IAA in Hannover the ’170 S’ was introduced. It was still based on the pre-war models, but improved in many points. The 170 was produced from may 1949 until february 1955.
The most significant change from the V-series was the location of the spare wheel that now was placed in the thrunk. The range included 2 and 4 door sedan models and 2 or 4 seats convertibles.
The offered car is an fully original, unrestored 2 seater 170 SA convertible. Original NL delivery in Burgundy Red, with a tan, full leather, interior. Amongst the many original details is the suitcase set in the thrunk.
